Hiring Position: Accounting Officer (Client Support)

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to support our finance operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, particularly for our warehouse operations. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, especially in Korean, as most of our key partners are Korean-speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue invoices (INV) to clients
Process various expense payments on behalf of clients
Record and monitor monthly expenses (warehouse-related)
Handle other accounting-related tasks, including coordinating and following up on tax withholding documents
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, especially Korean-speaking partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Male or female, aged 2435
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in Korean (spoken, written, and reading) is essential
Experience with SAP is required
Good command of English for professional communication
Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
