Job Description

  • Assist in account receivable and account payable transactions, ledger account, data entry
  • Work with team to perform full set of accounts activities including monthly financial closing, annual budget control, cashflow management, and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with various Departments relating to financial and accounting issues and follow up
  • Participate in projects and events (in-/out-door)
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
  • Good English and Chinese typing skills
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Independent, proactive and attentive to details
  • Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Participate in any in-/out-door marketing events outside office hours
  • Immediate available is preferred
