Our client is a Leading Property Management Company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations and administrative duties.
• Assist in preparing management accounting reports and month-end closing.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing system.
• To process payroll, tax affairs.
• Provide support in ad hoc projects assigned by Director..

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accountancy or related disciplines with LCC middle level
• Familiar with accounting package, preferably Peachtree
• Detail-oriented, responsible and accurate at data.
• At least 3 years solid experience in Accounting
• PC Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
