Job Description

Company: Our client provides financial consulting services in Hong Kong, focusing on wealth management, investment advisory, and confidential long term client support

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Location: Wanchai

Job Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping, preparation of consolidated financial statements, audit/tax support, HR support
  • Company secretarial work, TCSP license tasks, Money Lender license related work
  • Sales administration support for new projects
  • General office administration such as mail, banking, miscellaneous tasks etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in bookkeeping
  • Ability to coordinate audit/tax work with external auditors
  • Knowledge or experience in company secretarial work
  • Native Cantonese with fluent English, Japanese reading/writing/conversation are highly preferred
  • Passionate, sincere, quality‑driven, client‑focused
  • Willing to contribute to company growth
