The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's overall accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance functions, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information. This role leads month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, prepares consolidated financial statements, and ensures full compliance with IFRS, IAS, tax regulations, and local statutory requirements.
The Accounting Manager serves as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax authorities, maintaining high-quality financial documentation and supporting audit activities. The role also manages treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, intercompany transactions, foreign exchange risk management, and hedging activities.
In addition, the Accounting Manager plays a key role in financial planning and analysis by coordinating annual budgeting processes, preparing financial forecasts, monitoring business performance against budget, and providing actionable insights to senior management. The position is responsible for establishing strong internal controls, safeguarding company assets, minimizing financial risks, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the finance and accounting function.
This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, strategic financial management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting from a reputable university.
Tax Brevet A&B and C
Having at least 10 years of solid accounting background in MNC environment, preferably Engineering or Trading company
Good understanding of IFRS/PSAK Accounting standards.
Taking initiatives, plans and organize own tasks effectively to ensure that work is completed on time and to the required standard.
Good organization skills due to the need to work in a relatively fast paced MNC environment.
Good communication skills to effectively manage the tasks with internal colleagues and external service providers.
Sets priorities, knows how to get things done, understands cultures of organizations, understands rationale behind policies, procedures and practices
Always open for new things and builds on proven success strategies.
Good working knowledge of ERP systems Sage Accpac and SAP
