Our client, a rapidly expanding and well-established Corporate Services Provider (CSP), is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio and play a key role in shaping the firm’s financial operations.

Act as a strategic partner, contributing to financial planning and operational decisions
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, driving performance and efficiency
Review and approve VAT returns, VIES forms, and statutory submissions
Prepare and analyse management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
Advise clients on accounting, VAT, and compliance matters
Monitor project profitability, invoicing, and cash collection
Present financial insights to senior leadership, supporting business decisions
ACA / ACCA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years’ experience within an audit firm, including at least 3 years post-qualification
Strong knowledge of Cyprus accounting standards and regulatory framework
Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g. E-soft, Odoo)
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
Strong analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in Greek and English
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Professional, reliable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
