Could you be the full-time Accounting Manager in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and accounting expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as finance, operations, and tax teams), oversee critical accounting processes, and drive process improvements across the organization.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing statutory financial statements under IFRS, but also managing VAT compliance and corporate tax calculations.
We’ll look to you for:
Overseeing daily finance and accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
Coordinating Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
Driving process improvements and standardization across reporting and accounting processes
Preparing Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Deferred Tax Assets/Liabilities (DTA/DTL) calculations
Managing VAT compliance and submitting SAF-T files to tax authorities
Preparing statutory balance sheets and participating in annual financial statement preparation
Collaborating with internal and external auditors
Preparing tax packs and participating in tax budget calculations
Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations in a multi-entity, international environment

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong expertise in accounting, taxes, and statutory financial statement preparation under IFRS
Fluency in Polish and English
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to perform under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Independence, effective time management, and curiosity
Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-entity environment
