Accounting Manager
Location: Davenport, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing steady growth and seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Davenport team. This firm offers a highly collaborative, people-first culture with strong leadership and a clear path for advancement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
  • Oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of public accounting or related experience
  • Experience managing engagements and reviewing financials
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Accounting CS, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
