Job Title: Accounting and Finance Manager
Location: The One Bangkok
Reporting To: Managing Director and functional report to Regional CFO

The Accounting and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and managing the financial health of the company. This role will focus on full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, as well as leading process improvements within the finance department.

Brief Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management and Reporting:

• Oversee full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Billing.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with financial reporting standards.

• Monitor cash flow, credit control, and minimize overdue accounts to improve the company's cash position.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

• Review, coach, and guide finance staff to enhance team performance.

• Promote a proactive approach within the team, ensuring accurate revenue and expense recording.

• Identify and implement process improvements related to accounting and tax matters.

• Drive efficiency in financial operations and support the implementation of best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in accounting and finance, with a preferred background in global trading businesses.
• Proficiency in SAP is required.
• Strong command of English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
