Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Accounting Staff to join our team in Binondo, Manila City This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in inventory, accounting, and reporting functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing inventory-related reports, monitoring stock movement, supporting reconciliation activities, and assisting in various administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Extract and generate data from the system
• 
  Compute ending stock balances per item and brand
• 
  Prepare stock flow and stock analysis reports by item and brand
• 
  Print and organize stock analysis reports
• 
  Prepare reports such as:
  • 
    retail sales summaries
  • 
    cumulative sales reports
  • 
    quantity-based comparative sales reports
  • 
    sales per model
  • 
    EPR location-status reports
  • 
    and other related reports
• 
  Encode ICS and assist in retail inventory reconciliation
• 
  Prepare purchase orders for assigned brands
• 
  Update Citizen masterfile information and item descriptions
• 
  Assist with corporate sales concerns and inquiries
• 
  Conduct inventory audits as needed
• 
  Manage email requests related to pull-outs and other inventory concerns from stores
• 
  Support replenishment of sold items for specific brands
• 
  Assist in preparing PCN documents and requesting SM SKU at PSIS
• 
  Perform general office and other related administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 
  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance Management, IT, or any related course
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 
  Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling tasks
• 
  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Must be residing in Binondo, Manila or willing to work in the area
• 
  Must be available for immediate employment
