FINANCE JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT - INTERNSHIP

Job level – 11 Analyst

Junior Accountant with the following role:

• Support to the Team with the full deployment of Netsuite ERP and other Finance Tool (Blackline) to implement efficiencies/improvements;
• Support to the Team for any new other Finance digitalization and automation project (in particular T&E tool Expensify to be linked to Netsuite and to local Payroll);
• Support to the Team to document and standardize key Accounting Polices for all non-global processes;
• Filing of accounting/administrative documentation.

• Supporto al team con la piena implementazione dell'ERP Netsuite e di altri strumenti finanziari (Blackline) per migliorare l'efficienza e apportare miglioramenti;
• Supporto al team per qualsiasi altro nuovo progetto di digitalizzazione e automazione finanziaria (in particolare lo strumento T&E Expensify da collegare a Netsuite e al sistema payroll locale);
• Supporto al team nella documentazione e standardizzazione delle principali politiche contabili per tutti i processi non globali;
• Archiviazione della documentazione contabile/amministrativa.
