About our group:

Global Financial Services provides exceptional transactional and decision-support accounting activities, at optimal cost, using relevant resources and processes for Seagate Finance and its business partners.

About the role - you will:

• Manage, update receiving transaction and work with capital owner in asset addition and adjustment via Seagate web based Capital

Tracking System and dispose asset via Seagate Asset Management System before interface to Oracle ERP

• Obtain information from internal and external sources to record accounting transactions in the general ledger for all PP&E accounts
• Reconcile the PP&E balance in the fixed asset register against General Ledger
• Analyze account balances and is responsible for properly supported account reconciliations on monthly analysis reporting
• Be responsible for accuracy and timeliness of transactions in the sub-ledger and general ledger accounts #internship

About you:

• Able to work under pressure
• Good at interpersonal skills
• Be a team player and fast learner
• Good command of English

Your experience includes:

• Knowledge in accounting functions
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office 365
• SAP is a plus
