Duties and Responsibilities:
Review invoices for appropriate documentation before payment
Perform invoice and General Ledger data entry
Monitor disbursements by running monthly reports from the Statewide Financial System (SFS) and New York City Financial Management System (FMS)
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Core Competencies
Enrolled in an accredited college with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and priorities
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay Range:
$17.50 per hour
