Accounting Intern, able to commit on full-time basis for at least 3 to 6 months

Our Team

The Singapore Accounting Team manages the finance and accounting activities for APAC region. The team consists of two accountants responsible for daily accounting operations, financial reporting and business support. The intern will work closely with the team and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of accounting and finance processes in a multinational environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Help maintain finance filing and document retention requirements.
• Verify invoice details, purchase orders, approvals, and coding accuracy.
• Assist with data collection and basic financial analysis.
• Respond to routine finance administrative requests.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
