Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. Working Location: ABB Hanoi Office



The work model for the role is: Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Process and organize financial data– Handle filing and management of accounting documents and reports on a daily basis
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance– Verify business transactions, validate vouchers, and review supporting documentation
  • Support audits and tax compliance– Assist your team in preparing documentation for tax audits
  • Review expenses– Analyze the validity and legality of traveling expenses and business-related expenditures
  • Take on additional responsibilities– Contribute to other finance and accounting activities as needed
Qualifications for the role
  • Senior student or recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excel competence – Comfortable with V-lookup, INDEX, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent conceptual skills
  • Great team player with solid interpersonal skills
  • Good English speaker with solid computer literacy
  • Passionate learner with a "Can Do" attitude and willingness to grow
