We specialize in Geotechnical, Geophysical, Environmental, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources and Construction Material Testing services.
This position is responsible for assisting with accounts payable, invoicing, general ledger review, fleet management coordination and other miscellaneous activities related to accounting.

Essential Functions
•    Involved in the client billing process.
•    Involved in the accounts payable process.
•    Involved in processing expense reports.
•    Review indirect expenses.
•    Assist with managing fleet vehicles.
Be able to conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of general accounting includes the application of general accounting theory.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
