Job Shift: AnyAccounting Intern- PRN
Position Purpose
Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks within the Accounting Department to support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Administrative support for accounting team functions
- Maintain and organize digital documents and financial records
- Support annual financial audits and special audits as needed
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations accurately and timely
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and departmental information
- Provide support to assigned department with daily administrative and accounting tasks
- Comply with internal financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet accounting deadlines and departmental goals
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Complete all required education, competencies, and training by assigned deadlines
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and participate in department meetings
- Adhere to Code of Conduct and support organizational Mission and Vision
- Comply with departmental policies and applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, TJC, CMS, HIPAA)
- Deliver excellent customer service internally and externally; promote teamwork with a positive, professional attitude

QualificationsRequired:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
