Responsible for end-to-end Taiwan payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, while supporting payroll accounting, reporting, audits, and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, variable pay, and deductions
Handle off-cycle payments such as bonuses, commissions, and other special payments
Perform payroll reconciliation, reporting, and journal entries
Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and statutory requirements
Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requests
Drive process improvements and support payroll system enhancement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of payroll, HR operations, or accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Digiwin)
Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and tax regulations
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
