• Maintain an end-to-end accounting process, from transaction identification, journal entries, to the preparation of financial statements.
• Preparing data and supporting schedules for the monthly closing.
• Assisting in financial audit preparation, including providing supporting documents and explanations to auditors.
• Maintaining accurate identification and recording of transactions related to bank account movements.
• Ensuring proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Supporting ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3 years of experience in Accounting (preferably in a group/holding company structure)

• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Strong coordination skills and ability to report regularly to the Holding

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of taxation (is a plus)

• Experience in service or project-based industries

• Previous experience as the sole accounting personnel in a small/medium business unit

• Familiarity with Odoo, SAP or other ERP systems.
