The Accounting Finance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate external audits.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
