Accounting & Finance Manager

We are hiring an
experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end financial
operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax
compliance, and audit coordination. This role ensures compliance with IFRS/Thai
GAAP and provides financial insights to support business decisions and
sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial
  statements and reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) in line with IFRS / Thai
  GAAP
• Manage accounting operations
  (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
• Maintain proper accounting
  records and documentation for compliance and audit readiness
• Coordinate annual external
  audit activities and provide required support
• Prepare and submit tax
  returns and ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations
• Lead annual budgeting and
  forecasting processes with department heads
• Develop KPIs, monitor
  performance, and provide variance and trend analysis
• Build financial models and
  scenario planning to support business initiatives
• Monitor and manage cash flow
  to ensure sufficient liquidity
• Manage relationships with
  banks and financial institutions
• Implement and maintain
  internal controls and finance procedures
• Lead and develop the finance
  team (coaching, performance reviews, objectives)
• Support cross-functional
  projects and improve finance processes
• Liaise with external
  stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and bankers

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in
  Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive
  Accounting & Finance experience
• At least 5 years in a
  managerial role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS /
  Thai GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting,
  forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and
  attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
  in Thai and English
• Strong leadership and
  stakeholder management capability
• Proficient in MS Office
  (especially Excel) and accounting systems/ERP
• High integrity and strong
  ethical standards

• Salary: 70,000 – 80,000
