Accounting & Finance Manager

Location: Ratchaburi, Thailand

We're looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support key business decisions at a growing and dynamic company based in Ratchaburi

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take full ownership of accounting and financial activities, drive process improvements, and work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the accounting and finance functions

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets; analyze performance vs. actuals

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Thai laws

• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and accounting systems

• Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams

• Support strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPD license or equivalent)

• 7-10+ years of experience in accounting or finance leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of Thai tax law, financial reporting, and budgeting

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Express, E-Count, or similar)

• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to perform under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
