Requirements

We are looking for an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst
with strong exposure to
S/4HANA implementations
focused on
Finance (FI)
and
Project Systems (PS)
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on involvement during the
build phase
of implementation projects and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Play a key role in
  SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
  , supporting end-to-end delivery with a focus on
  Finance
  and
  Project Systems (PS)
  modules.

• 
  Participate actively in the
  build phase
  , including:

  • 
    Gathering business requirements

  • 
    Designing and creating
    Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

  • 
    Performing
    system configuration
    in SAP S/4HANA

• 
  Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient solution design.

• 
  Support and execute
  unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  .

• 
  Analyze and resolve configuration and functional issues identified during testing.

• 
  Prepare and deliver
  presentations, demos, and walkthroughs
  for client stakeholders.

• 
  Participate in
  client-facing discussions
  , workshops, and status calls to communicate progress and clarify requirements.

• 
  Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and project governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  Strong experience in
  SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI)
  and
  Project Systems (PS)
  modules.

• 
  Hands-on experience in
  S/4HANA implementation or roll-out projects
  .

• 
  Proven expertise in:

  • 
    Build phase activities

  • 
    Functional specification creation

  • 
    Configuration and testing

• 
  Solid understanding of
  end-to-end business processes
  in Finance and Project-based accounting.

• 
  Exposure to integration points between
  FI, PS, CO, and other SAP modules
  .

• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• 
  Excellent presentation and communication skills
  , with the ability to interact confidently with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Experience in
  client-facing roles
  or consulting environments.

• 
  Knowledge of
  SAP Activate Methodology
  .

• 
  Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

• 
  SAP S/4HANA certification in
  Finance or Project Systems
  is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• 
  Experience supporting global clients or multi-country implementations.

• 
  Understanding of reporting tools such as
  SAP Fiori apps, S/4 Embedded Analytics
  , or SAP BW integration.
