
Our client is a global leading hygiene solution provider. They are currently seeking for an Accounting Executive (Credit Control) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Handle debt collection and credit control functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
Liaise with customers and the sales team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
Co-work with related collectors and handle some special invoices from key accounts request
Upload the invoice into Laserfiche system for matching up the service docket within the time limit
Handle the general administration works, and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
F.5 or above in Accounting
At least 1 year relevant experience
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Independent and adaptable to change
Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
Self-motivated with positive working attitude
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer position
