Overview

We are a growing lumber company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Data Entry Specialist. This role is responsible for entering purchasing and receiving invoices into our internal system and into QuickBooks. This position is critical to keeping our financial records accurate and up to date.

This is a structured, detail-heavy role for someone who takes pride in clean data and precise work.

Responsibilities

• 
  Enter vendor invoices from purchasing and receiving into the company’s internal software

• 
  Enter all invoices into
  QuickBooks
  accurately and on time

• 
  Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records

• 
  Verify pricing, quantities, and vendor information

• 
  Identify and report discrepancies or missing information

• 
  Maintain organized digital records

• 
  Work closely with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams

• 
  Follow established accounting and data-entry procedures

Requirements

• 
  Experience using QuickBooks
  (required)

• 
  Previous experience in accounting, invoicing, or data entry

• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• 
  Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents

• 
  Highly organized and process-driven

• 
  Reliable and consistent

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  Experience in the

Training

We will provide full training on our internal software and workflows.
