About the Job:
Core Skills
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing and supply processes preferred
Closing Process Expertise
Hands-on experience in month-end and quarter-end closing
Ability to manage pre-close activities and ensure timely reporting
SAP System Proficiency
Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules
Ability to extract, analyze, and reconcile data from SAP
Cost Control & Performance Management
Monitoring cost centers, profitability analysis
Driving efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
Compliance & Internal Controls
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards
Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and audit requirements
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, macros, data modeling)
Understanding of ERP systems (SAP is a must)
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying risks
