The Accounting Clerk role at AMT is responsible for supporting the department with a variety of accounting and clerical tasks. It is essential for this role to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, assistance with transactions, and maintaining organized financial documents.
Job Duties:
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry and payment processing
- Maintain and update financial records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with payroll processing and timesheet verification
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to internal inquiries

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical work preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
