• 
  Manage accounts receivable and accounts
  payable
• 
  A
  ssist the Controller with Proforma
  preparation as needed
• 
  Ensure the Company is in compliance with all state
  DOR, SOS, and payroll tax rules and regulations with assistance from the
  Controller
• 
  Providing support and information to external
  accounting team
• 
  Assist the Controller with auction product
  payments process
• 
  Maintain and update accounting and HR related
  processes in Company knowledgebase
• 
  Provide administrative support, including
  processing expense reports, organizing office supplies, and maintaining
  essential stock

Requirements

• 
  Associate degree in accounting or finance, or 2+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Effective written and verbal communication
  skills to explain relevant financial changes to the Controller and upper
  management
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant
  tools
• 
  Intermediate knowledge of accounting software
  (e.g. QuickBooks)
• 
  Excellent organizational skills to maintain
  multiple tasks and meet deadlines
