Job Description

Our client is a Global Logistics Company. They are currently seeking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Responsibility

• Handle daily accounting operation include prepare daily payment and receipt
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform daily treasury operations, such as petty cash, monitoring and operating bank transactions via online banking system
• Prepare related company reconciliation
• Assist in preparation in month-end and year-end closing process
• Assist in preparation the year-end audit schedule
• Provide accounting support to accounting team
• Perform ad hoc assignment as required

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting with LCCI third level or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in accounting
• Experience in handle full set of accounts
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in Accounting Software
• Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, honest and able to work under the timeline
• Immediate available is preferable
• Strong at Excel formula is a MUST
