Job Description

NPG of California, LLC (News Channel 3, 12 + 11) is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Accounting Clerical to support business office functions. This full-time onsite role ensures smooth financial administration and reliable employee support within our television/radio broadcast operations. This is not an on‑air or production role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
    • Reconcile financial records and assist with monthly reporting
    • Prepare spreadsheets and maintain reports (Excel required)
    • Maintain confidential employee records
    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
    • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
    • Support compliance with policies and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education or background in finance, accounting, or business management
    • Experience in television or radio industries (not required)
    • Familiarity with accounting software and HRIS systems (not required)
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
