The Role

• Lead automation initiatives across accounting operations to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for system and process enhancements
• Configure and support SAP solutions to streamline accounting processes
• Partner with accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to implement scalable automation tools
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making
• Assist with system integrations, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts
• Support internal controls, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, IT, or related field, with 3+ years of accounting experience including SAP exposure
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration/customization and implementing automation solutions in accounting environments
• Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar) and familiarity with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
