Are you an accounting professional withinitialhands-on experience who enjoys working with clients and wants to grow in an international environment?
In this role, you will take ownership of selected accounting areas and actively support clients in their operational finance processes.
You will work independently on assigned tasks, communicate confidently with German-speaking clients, and gradually grow into a trusted finance partner.
Independently support operational accounting processes (AP, AR, GL,Procure-to-Pay)
Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions within agreed timelines
Manage open items, follow-ups, and clarifications with clients and internal teams
Support end-to-end finance processes, including cash application and treasury-related activities
Actively communicate with German-speaking clients (emails, calls, meetings)
Participate in month-end closing and support financial reporting
Assistin the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Perform basic financial analysis andidentifydiscrepancies
Contribute to process improvements and increased efficiency
Support junior colleagues when needed
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
German language skills atC1 level
Good command of English
Solid understanding of AP, AR, GL, P2P, or treasury processes
Experience with accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Good MS Excel skills
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines
Proactive mindset and confidence in client communication
Experience from SSC, consulting, or shared service environment is a plus
