What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for core day-to-day accounting functions, including:

• Entering and processing vendor bills
• Preparing and sending client invoices
• Following up on outstanding client payments
• Submitting and tracking payments
• Classifying and maintaining financial data within accounting systems
• Supporting accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements

What You Bring (Required Skills)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
• General understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) concepts
• Experience with an ERP system (Business Central preferred)
