Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reporting for assigned clients, ensuring timely, accurate distribution and immediate escalation of identified issues for remediation.
  • Access internal and external reporting systems to extract and validate billable data for assigned accounts.
  • Populate predefined client workbooks with verified billable attributes.
  • Perform contract-defined validation checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Distribute completed reports to designated OTC analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including variance analysis and report preparation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
