Position Function

This position will provide financial accounting support to Overhead Door Corporation l/ Wayne Dalton locations in Canada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• ​Accounts reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Daily invoices, credit notes and cash application for all 3 locations.
• ​Customer statements and credit card payment management for all 3 locations.
• Stock transfers between the 3 locations.
• Daily part number set up in system and costing functions.
• Bad debt write-offs
• Assist with communication with Shared Services at OHD Corporate Headquarters.​

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle a plus
• Above average knowledge of Excel, and the ability to work comfortably with other programs in Microsoft Office
• Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

• Minimum Associates Degree or high school education plus post-secondary accounting education, or 2-4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
