Accounting Associate II

$49,000 - $60,000 | Hybrid with in person reporting to Duluth, MN

Play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable financial information through accounting support, data analysis, reporting, and system coordination. Combines strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and collaborative communication to support business operations and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide research, analysis, coordination and processing of clerical or administrative accounting work, including ensuring accounting transactions, invoices, entries, billings, and balances are complete and accurate to meet schedules, deadlines and accounting/regulatory standards.
• Create, develop and analyze manual and computerized reports/spreadsheets
• Provide information, procedural assistance, and training to others
• Coordinate and process computerized systems to ensure reliable and available accounting data, participating in enhancements, changes, testing, and/or implementation of computer systems
• Completing special projects as assigned.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent PLUS five years or more of related experience.
• OR
• Associate degree PLUS three or more years of related experience.
• Related experience may be defined as the following:
• Progressive proficiency and experience working in Enterprise Business Systems
• Data entry

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $49,000 - $60,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
