Responsible for accounts payable processing/auditing, commission assistance, and clerical support for Financial Services Division.
Primary Responsibilities:
Processing/auditing of Agent commission payments
Commission expense/revenue processing
Clerical support for Financial Services Division
Processing/auditing of trade payable invoices
Creating and sending agent commission statements
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School diploma; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Accounts Payable/Payroll experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Accounting software; Internet software; Payroll systems and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software. Experience with Sage Accounting software preferred.
Must be able to pass background check and pre-hire drug testing. Must be able to flexible hours during peak seasons.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
