Job Identification

Supports the finance department in daily financial commercial operations, including customer and distributor P&L. He/She assists with preparing financial documents, promotions, and pricing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

What We Expect

  • Calculate and monitor monthly distributor agreement costs and accruals.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for distributors and analyze financial performance.
  • Develop performance reports to analyze actual versus target results for Sell-In and Sell-Out activities.
  • Execute internal audit programs and ensure compliance with audit requirements and action plans.
  • Monitor, report, and follow up on customer complaints within distributor territories.
  • Conduct spot checks and warehouse audits to ensure distributor compliance and inventory accuracy.
  • Perform Commercial Finance analyses, including Marketing ROI, Pack Profitability, Sales Performance, and Supply Chain Cost evaluations.
  • Enhance and optimize the ID Agreement System to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Calculate and analyze Trade Promotion Visibility Study results and related effectiveness metrics.
  • Update and maintain monthly Commercial KPI reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, Business Controlling, Audit, or a related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG, beverage, consumer goods, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in P&L analysis, budgeting, accrual management, financial reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing trade promotions, marketing ROI, sales performance, and profitability metrics.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits, compliance reviews, warehouse audits, and inventory controls.
  • Strong background in developing and maintaining financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive business performance and decision-making.
