Accounting Associate (Part-Time)

Brooklyn Heights, OH
Monday-Thursday | 32 Hours per Week
$45,000-$50,000 Annually

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices, coding, reconciliations, and vendor payments
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll, including time collection and payroll support
• Post daily cash receipts and maintain Accounts Receivable records
• Perform General Ledger account analysis and reconciliations
• Process W-9s and 1099s
• Research discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger
• Sage 100 or other ERP software experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
