This position supports the Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) Consolidations team. LPSD provides exciting opportunities for accountants who want to be challenged and directly involved in business decision-making within a fast-paced, innovative, and growing global organization.

This role provides Financial Planning & Analysis support, partnering closely with the LPSD Emissions and Power Systems Regulatory Compliance (EPRC), Administrative, and Human Resources teams. The position plays a key role in coordinating financial reporting processes, managing system-related activities, and delivering business insights through both financial and non-financial metrics.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing Financial Planning & Analysis support to the LPSD Emissions and Power Systems Regulatory Compliance (EPRC) team and LPSD Human Resources team
  • Support headcount, period cost, and non-financial metric reporting for LPSD
  • Coordinate financial reporting system processes, including monthly financial analysis submissions and quarterly and annual forecast submissions
  • Facilitate SEC and division compliance surveys and reporting for LPSD
  • Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and enhance business insights
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed

  • Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business related degree.

Pay Range:

$81,370.00 - $122,060.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
