Job Title: Accounting Associate

Faygo Beverages is currently seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. The Accounting Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and facilitating compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic beverage company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and conduct account reconciliations.
- Prepare and process employee expense reports in a timely manner.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function.
- Undertake additional tasks and ad hoc projects as required by manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
