We are looking for the Accountant to be a part of our Accounting team located in Almaty.
• Document debt control: Monitor and manage outstanding document-related debts.
• Contract termination process: Coordinate and execute the process of terminating contracts with customers.
• Issuance of documents: Prepare and issue delivery notes, invoices, AVRs/EAVRs, and electronic invoices (ESFs) for domestic sales and exports; record all related transactions in the SAP system.
• Reconciliation of AVRs/EAVRs: Reconcile AVRs/EAVRs with financial department data and electronic invoices (ESFs).
• Inventory management: Conduct warehouse inventory checks and prepare inventory reports.
• Information support: Provide required information and documentation to the legal department, auditors, and other inspection authorities.
• Mail distribution: Send correspondence to regional distributors within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Other tasks: Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by management.
