About Your Company

Our client is a sizable and well-known family office with great presence within APAC and they are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant position to cope with their business expansion.

The hiring position is responsible for overseeing the company's daily in-house treasury activities, ensuring efficient cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role is essential in maintaining the financial health and liquidity of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, including handling payments and receipts, bank account maintenance, and time deposit placements
  
• Prepare daily cash flow reports and financial statements
  
• Assist and support in monthly budgeting and forecasting processes
  
• Work closely with internal & external parties to optimize treasury operations
  
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the top management
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  
• At least 3 years of working experience in a sizeable firm, preferably someone with in-house treasury experience
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  
• Excellent Written & Spoken commands in both Chinese and English
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher-level position
