Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.
Accounting Officer (3-month renewable contract)
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of account payable team
- Handle payment requests and respond to enquiries from other departments on transaction status
- Handle reimbursement of staff claims;
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder preferably in Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably 102 years' relevant working experience in accounting
- Proficient in computerized accounting system (preferably JD Edwards) and Microsoft Excel
- Mature with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Detail oriented, independent and strong sense of ownership
- Good command n both written and spoken English and Chinese
