MSHDA seeks an Accounting Assistant. This position will assist staff in carrying out the essential responsibilities of MSHDA’s single family mortgage loan portfolio. Preparing discharge of mortgagees, reconciling monthly mortgage activity, monitoring delinquent loans and REO/foreclosure processing.

Competitive candidates for this position will have strong organizational, financial/accounting and analytical skills. Proficiency with WORD and Excel are strongly preferred.

All work must be performed in Michigan. If you currently reside outside of Michigan, you must relocate to Michigan to perform the duties of this position.
