Our client is a Japanese Engineering Firm, specialised in interior design, consultancy, decoration and renovation works of restaurant, office and merchandise shop.
Senior Account Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set accounting
- Responsible monthly payroll (prepare cheque, handle bank transfer transaction, etc.)
- Monitor the cash flows and arrange transfer of funds
- Handling expense claims, petty cash & banking activities
- Prepare month end closing and financial statements
- General Office Administration support
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 3 years or above relevant experience in accounting
- Must be LCC Level-1 certificate holder
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good command of accounting software, MS Word & Excel
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate Available will be advantage
