Thanks to the growth that the company has had in recent years, it became the No.1 brand of pet food in Japan and is also expanding internationally to make pets and their owners around the world happy.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities: 
The main objective of this position is to ultimately to help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. 
・ Providing support to the Accounting Department. 
・ Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies 
・ Process reimbursement forms 
・ Prepare bank deposits 
・ Enter financial transactions into internal databases 
・ Check spreadsheets for accuracy 
・ Maintain digital and physical financial records 
・ Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed 
・ Review and file payroll documents 
・ Invoice processing 
・ Processing expense requests 
・ Basic administration
Skills Required:  
・ Being able to multitask, having a strong attention to detail, working well under pressure, and being able to think outside the box. 
・ Associate’s degree in related field with work experience. 
・ Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills. 
・ Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
・ Familiarity with basic accounting principles. 
・ Professional manner and a strong ethical code. 
・ Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. 
・ Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
