In this exciting position, you will combine bookkeeping with front-office management, acting as an important contact point within the company.

• Independently handling ongoing bookkeeping (incoming invoices, bank accounts, cash register)
• Account reconciliation and monitoring of open items
• Payment processing
• Telephone and email correspondence
• Reception and support for visitors
• Support with administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day business

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education (HAK, HBLA, HLW or similar)
• Professional experience in a commercial role
• Accounting skills and knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
• Good command of English
• Enjoy working with people and have a strong service-oriented approach, as well as a friendly, well-presented attitude and team spirit
• You will impress us with your specialist knowledge and your ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable way

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €2,728 gross per month (excluding overtime).
