Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Staff member to support day-to-day office operations, including basic accounting tasks, document control, and general administration This role plays a vital part in maintaining organized financial records and ensuring smooth back-office workflows within a manufacturing or export-driven environment

The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and capable of multitasking across accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:

  • Encode and maintain financial transactions including receipts, invoices, petty cash, and expense reports.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts, preparing vouchers, and tracking payables and receivables.
  • Support monthly closings and preparation of simple reports or summaries for the accounting head.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records and supporting documents.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Monitor office supplies, prepare purchase requests, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception as needed.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and administrative records in coordination with HR.
  • Support document routing, filing, and archiving of contracts, permits, and operational records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and couriers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or office admin roles (open to fresh graduates with internship experience).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.
