Area 1: General Ledger:
1. Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries for business month end closing.
2. Preparation of analytical schedules of General Ledger accounts needed for the preparation of financial statements for audit andsubmission to Capital Market Authority purposes.
3. Reconciliation and preparation of monthly bank accounts, Withholding Tax return for remittance to ZATCA.
4. Handling of outstanding bank accounts reconciling items.
5. Reconciliation of inventories.
6. Preparation of the annual ZAKAT/Income Tax returns for submission to ZATCA.
7. Preparing, submitting and entering payments for VAT monthly
8. Analyzing financial data and associating them with one another for the purpose of the Value added tax.
9. Securing access to ZATCA website for tax return uploads and payments through SADAD.
10. Supporting on tax assessments and clarifying different between tax returns and tax authority
Area 2: Payables Accounting:
1. Review and post in SAP Systems accounting entries for vendors' processed invoices, debit and credit notes.
2. Preparation of sales reports.
1. BA in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration major in Accounting
2. Preferably 3 years in the related work area
3. CPA or equivalent certification is preferable.
4. Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, theories and practice
5. Knowledge in SOCPA and International Accounting standards
6. Knowledge in GOSI and ZATCA regulations
7. An analytical mind set, process orientation, organized and structured approach to problem solving and ability to work under pressure.
8. Possess & apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and accountability.
